Policy

Credit card orders will be processed and shipped in 2 business days of being placed excluding weekends and holidays. Under most circumstances we ship your order the same day if it is placed before noon PST. All orders will be shipped according to our customers’ requested shipping method (ie: Standard vs. Priority). We ship via USPS priority and we send a tracking number to the customers contact. 
All products are shipped in food grade containers. We ship in well taped boxes, not Bubble bags.  

Although Hemp products are now federally declassified it is your responsibility to know and understand your state or local laws pertaining to hemp products.

MedHemporium is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers’ address, on the doorstep or in the mailbox, lost in transit, not delivered or seized during transit.

All products are shipped in food grade containers. We ship in well taped boxes, not Bubble bags. Due to the nature of this product, all weights and measures are approximate, but always in your favor. Environmental factors (relative humidity) can affect actual weights, making an exact weight very difficult. We use Certified scales.

Delayed / Lost Package

Policy

Most packages arrive on time with no delays. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier. In most instances that is USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they are usually able to locate the package or you can track it yourself at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input. Medhemporium has NO control over USPS, nor are we able to get any more information than you can. You can reach UPS at 866-PICK-UPS. 

If you order using First Class Mail, please note there is no insurance and should the package be lost, we will not replace it, as we cannot be held responsible for another company’s actions.

If you would like insurance please use Priority Mail which does come with $100 in insurance, or use the option at checkout for more insurance. Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim.
