Policy

Although Hemp products are now federally declassified it is your responsibility to know and understand your state or local laws pertaining to hemp products.

MedHemporium is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers’ address, on the doorstep or in the mailbox, lost in transit, not delivered or seized during transit.

Credit card orders will be processed and shipped in 2 business days of being placed excluding weekends and holidays. Green Money orders will be shipped in 3 business days of being placed excluding weekends and holidays. All orders will be shipped according to our customers’ requested shipping method (ie: Standard vs. Priority). We ship via USPS priority flat rate and we send a tracking number to the customers contact.

All products are shipped in food grade containers. We ship in well taped boxes, not Bubble bags. Due to the nature of this product, all weights and measures are approximate, but always in you favor. Environmental factors (relative humidity) can affect actual weights, making an exact weight very difficult. We use Certified scales.
We do our best to make sure they are in your favor.

Delayed / Lost Package

Policy

With few exceptions’ packages arrive on time with no delays. On occasion a package will get lost in the mail or may arrive later than expected. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier. In most cases that is USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they are usually able to locate the package. You can reach UPS at 866-PICK-UPS. 

For flower orders, if you order using First Class Mail, please note there is no insurance and should the package be lost, we will not replace it. 

If you would like insurance please use Priority Mail which does come with $100 in insurance. Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim.
