Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions of Purchases and Refunds (“Terms”) govern all product and service purchases from Med Hemporium LTD dba Medhemporium ( “us”, “our”, or “we”) via medhemporium.com (the “Website”) or from any other source. Your purchases of products through and use of our Website are governed by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer & Terms of Use.

Products: We offer legal industrial hemp that is grown pursuant to a cultivation license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Customers are responsible for doing their own research into their individual state and local laws. MedHemporium makes no guarantee as to the lawfulness of any product offered on the website or that you will be able to pass a drug test after consuming products available on the Website. None of the products listed on the website have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).  By using this website, you acknowledge that the statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or ailment. Always check with a physician before trying any new dietary supplement.

Incorrect Orders: If your order is not correct, we sincerely apologize and will send the missing contents free of charge. To prevent scams, we may require you to email or text us a picture so we can compare it to the picture we took of your order during packaging.

Refunds: Our refund policy is good for thirty days on unopened products. If thirty days have gone after your purchase, we do not offer a refund or exchange. However, our goal at MedHemporium is to try and “do the right thing” with the customer, so please contact us directly about your specific incident so we can figure out a solution. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company as they have policies regarding processing time before a refund is posted before contacting us at [email protected].

Returns: To be eligible for a return, it must be in the original packaging and your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. If your product has been opened, it cannot go back into the mail system due to smell problems. In this case, please Contact Us and provide pictures to support your case. Situations arise where we grant partial refunds or exchanges. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part will be taken into consideration. Again, our goal at MedHemporium is to try and “do the right thing”.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to [email protected] for further instructions. There have been circumstances where orders for something other than the desired product have been accidentally placed or when a customer decided later that they desired a different product than what they ordered. If the order is returned to us in its original condition, we’ll gladly replace it provided customer covers the cost of shipping to us, plus a $10 handling fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, varies, depending on your location. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Transfers: Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk.

Fees: In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website may be subject to a non-refundable order processing fee.

Payment Methods: All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars. We do not accept foreign currencies.
