Credit card orders will be processed and shipped in two business days of being placed excluding weekends and holidays. We ship via USPS priority flat rate and we send a tracking number to the customers contact.
All products are shipped in environmentally friendly food grade containers. We ship in well-taped boxes, not Bubble bags.
Delayed / Lost packages:

For flower orders, if you order using First Class Mail, please note there is no insurance and should the package be lost, we will not replace it.
If you would like insurance, please use Priority Mail, which does come with $100 in insurance. Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim.

Just received my first order of this and all i can say is WOW!! Awesome flower! Nice and moist, Taste great and helped with my pain perfectly.. I will be a life long customer for sure! Everything was packaged neatly and the quality of the flower is top notch!.. Great company and i am so glad i tried you guys out and now i am here to stay lol. I will be ordering more 🙂
