Shipping & Refund Policies

Our refund policy is good for thirty days. If thirty days have gone after your purchase, we do not offer a refund or exchange. However, our goal at MedHemporium is to try and “do the right thing” with the customer, so please contact us directly about your specific incident so we can figure out a solution. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approval or rejection of your refund.

you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company as they have policies regarding processing time before a refund is posted before contacting us at [email protected].
