Shipping & Refund Policies

Although Hemp products are now federally declassified it is your responsibility to know and understand your state or local laws pertaining to hemp products.
MedHemporium is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers’ address, on the doorstep or in the mailbox, lost in transit, not delivered or seized during transit.
Credit card orders will be processed and shipped in two business days of being placed excluding weekends and holidays. All orders will be shipped according to our customers’ requested shipping method (i.e.: Standard vs. Priority). We ship via USPS priority flat rate and we send a tracking number to the customers contact.
All products are shipped in environmentally friendly food grade containers. We ship in well-taped boxes, not Bubble bags.
Delayed / Lost packages:
With few exceptions’ packages, arrive on time with no delays. On occasion, a package will get lost in the mail or may arrive later than expected. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier. In most cases, that is USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment,

For flower orders, if you order using First Class Mail, please note there is no insurance and should the package be lost, we will not replace it.
If you would like insurance, please use Priority Mail, which does come with $100 in insurance. Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim.
